I needed to have a tooth pulled and, as a first time patient, I was very impressed with the atmosphere and kind attitudes of the staff. So much so, that I am requesting my records from my previous dentist be sent to Southern Roots. Dr. Fox was very personable and professional and made eye contact when speaking with me. Although they were busy, I never felt they were rushing through my procedure. I'm glad I found them!!

My visit today at Southern Roots in Mansfield, Louisiana was much more than satisfactory. From the several reminders I received leading up to the appointment (in more than one type of media) to driving out of the parking lot, everything I experienced was pleasant and refreshing. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The hygienist was kind and very patient with me as she did her job. The doctor, friendly as always, was thorough and promptly got his work done. DeSoto Parsh is blessed to have Southern Roots active for dental care in our rural area.
